Vathal kolambu powder


500gm red dry chillies
250gm coriander seeds
50gm whole black pepper
50 gm cumin seeds
½ cup curry leaves
1tbsp Asafoetida
½ tbsp fenugreek
1)  Wash and pat dry the curry leaves and roast in oil to make it crisp
2)  Sun dry the rest of the ingredients and powder it in a mill.
